The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a skin parameter capable of measuring the degree of moisture. The apparatus comprises: at least one sensor； at least one stimulation unit； a body unit provided at one surface of the sensor and stimulation unit； a skin measuring unit measuring a skin parameter of the user based on a signal received from the first sensor； a stimulation control unit controlling the stimulation unit to generate a stimulation signal through the stimulation unit； and an output unit outputting the skin parameter.
