The storage unit (40) stores a plurality of skin factors representing skin cases, in association with each of the plurality of condition parameters representing skin characteristics. The input unit (20) receives input of a factor selection input (FS), focus factor score (SA), and general factor score (SC) from the subject (S) via a network (80). The calculation unit (10) is a means for determining the skin condition of the subject (S) on the basis of the received factor selection input (FS), focus factor score (SA), and general factor score (SC). The calculation unit (10) calculates the condition parameters from the focus factor score (SA) to which a first weighting is applied and the general factor score (SC) to which a second weighting is applied.
