The body comprises a cup feeding unit and a cup discharging unit for discharging a fed cup. The moving unit slides a cup from the cup feeding unit to the cup discharging unit. At least one cup blocking unit is disposed along the moving unit to protrude toward a cup, and temporarily blocks a discharge of a cup to the cup discharging unit. The sterilizing unit irradiates ultraviolet rays toward a cup in the body to perform sterilization. According to the present invention, sterilized cups slide along the moving unit disposed therein to be sequentially discharged one by one, so a hand contact can be prevented and external air is prevented from being penetrated to the inside thereof.
