PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrostomy sheath having a structure capable of easily and freely achieving different mechanical properties.SOLUTION: The gastrostomy sheath 100 is for assisting insertion of a gastrostomy catheter 50 to be retained within a fistula 63. The gastrostomy sheath 100 includes: a cylindrical sheath body 10 an insertion port 11 for the gastrostomy catheter 50 and a check valve 20 to close the insertion port 11 to be opened unilaterally in the direction of insertion of the gastronomy catheter 50.
