The system for bringing a gas mist wherein carbon dioxide gas or oxygen or a mixed gas of carbon dioxide gas and oxygen of a concentration at or above a prescribed value and a liquid have been atomized and solubilized in contact with the skin or mucosa of a living body is provided with: a gas mist generating means (30) having a gas supplying means (10) a fluid nozzle (32) that generates the gas mist and a liquid storing part (34) for storing the liquid a body covering member (50) that covers the skin or mucosa of the body and forms a space wherein the gas mist supplied from the gas mist generating means (30) is sealed and a liquid circulating means (41) that circulates the liquid from the liquid storing part (34) to the fluid nozzle (32). The gas mist generating means (30) is configured to allow at least the removal of the liquid storing part (34) and allow replacement with another liquid storing part.
