The present invention relates to an assembly for packaging and applying a composition for making up and/or caring for keratin fibres, especially the eyelashes or the eyebrows, comprising: i) an anhydrous makeup and/or care composition comprising at least one volatile hydrocarbon-based oil and at least one volatile silicone oil ii) a member for applying said composition and iii) heating means for bringing said composition to a temperature suitable for its deformability.
