PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system and a building capable of skillfully guiding a user to keep grasping his or her health condition every day.SOLUTION: The health management system includes: a measurement part 1 for measuring the biological data of a user； an arithmetic part 2 for performing arithmetic processing by using the biological data； a display part 3 for displaying the measurement result of the biological data on the basis of the arithmetic result of the arithmetic part 2； and an operation part 4 for selecting the measurement result of the biological data. The display part 3 is disposed on the back face of the mirror of a wash stand, and the mirror has a function as a half mirror. Also, the operation part 4 is configured to induce the user to grasp his or her health condition when waking up, and to induce the user to grasp his or her health condition when coming home.【課題】ユーザが健康状態を把握する作業を毎日継続できるように、ユーザを巧みに誘導できる健康管理システムおよび建物を提供する。【解決手段】ユーザの生体データを測定する測定部１と、生体データを用いて演算処理を行う演算部２と、演算部２の演算結果に基づいて生体データの測定結果を表示するための表示部３と、生体データの測定結果を選択するための操作部４と、を備える。表示部３は洗面台の鏡の背面に設けられ、鏡はハーフミラーとしての機能を有している。また、操作部４は、起床時にユーザが健康状態を把握する作業を行うように誘引し、帰宅時にユーザが健康状態を把握する作業を行うように誘引する設定となっている。【選択図】図１
