The parking facility comprises a roofing, which is anchored on the ground area and partially covers the parking area in a loading station, and a lateral inlet opening (EO). A door unit is integrated in the parking facility for closing the inlet opening. A motor assembly is provided for motorized opening and closing of the door unit. A control unit automatically controls the motor assembly according to a predetermined control program. The door unit comprises a roller door or a sectional door.
