PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer treating agent which effectively controls the proliferation of cancer cells with the synergetic effect of a plurality of introduced genes to exert high effectiveness of therapy.SOLUTION: A cancer treating agent includes substances used for controlling the proliferation of cancer cells comprising CDC6, shRNA, PTEN and p16INK4a as effective ingredients, and thereby has distinguished effectiveness of therapy even against advanced cancer by extremely controlling the proliferation of cancer cells with the synergetic effect of these effective ingredients in comparison to a case of individually dosing each effective ingredient.【課題】複数の導入遺伝子の相乗効果によって癌細胞の増殖を効率的に抑制し、高い治療効果を有する癌治療剤の提供。【解決手段】癌細胞の増殖を抑制するために用いられる物質として、CDC6 shRNA、PTEN、及びp16INK4aを有効成分として含み、これらの有効成分の相乗効果によって、各有効成分を個別に投与する場合と比較して、癌細胞の増殖をはるかに効率的に抑制し、進行した癌に対しても顕著な治療効果を有する癌治療剤。【選択図】図１
