[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to find the underlying source of cell cycle abnormalities and eliminate the source in the upstream side where the abnormal state is generated, and thereby effectively and reliably prevent cell cycle abnormalities as well as a cancer that develops as a result of these abnormalities. [Solution] Provided is a lentiviral vector THTD, which can be produced by gene introduction to cells infected by short hairpin RNA (CDC6 shRNA) to human CDC6 mRNA.
