A method for detecting fatigue is provided herein. The present invention includes the following steps: detecting a physiology feature sequence of a user in continuous time computing a linear regression slope and/or the differential thereof based on the physiology feature sequence and determining the fatigue of the user by analyzing the slop, the difference of slop and the durations of the slop as well as the difference of slop. A fatigue detecting device is also disclosed here.
