In the present invention, disclosed is a manufacturing method of bamboo with modified joints and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of bamboo with modified joints, comprising a step of partly removing bamboo sheaths connected to growing joints and leaving the rest of the bamboo sheaths on the growing joint.
