PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shoulder-arranging device to make it possible to leave a pulled-out root crop on a farm field in a state in which the root crop has its undamaged shoulder and its appropriate remaining foliage.SOLUTION: A crop pull-out machine comprises: a pull-out carrier device 4 for holding and pulling out a root crop a shoulder-arranging device 40 for arranging shoulder positions of root drops below the pull-out carrier device 4 and a foliage cutting device 5 for cutting foliage tips behind the shoulder-arranging device 40. The shoulder-arranging device 40 is configured to expand left and right holding belts 18 wound across front and rear pulleys 16, 17 pivotally supported at the front and rear of a belt support frame 15 so that foliage held by the pull-out carrier device 4 can pass through a gap between the holding belts. The crop pull-out machine comprises an adjustment bracket 19 for pivotally supporting guide pulleys 20a, 20b for receiving revolving insides of the left and right holding belts 18. The gap between the left and right holding belts 18 is configured so as to be variable by fixing, using a bolt (25), a fitting hole 24 formed on the adjustment bracket 19 to one of a plurality of fitting holes 23a, 23b, 23c formed on the belt support frame 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、肩揃え装置を改良して根菜類の肩を傷つけず適正な茎葉を残した状態で根菜類を圃場に抜き置き出来るようにすることを課題とする。【解決手段】 根菜類を挟持して引き抜く引抜搬送装置4と、引抜搬送装置4の下方で根菜類の肩位置を揃える肩揃え装置40と、肩揃え装置40の後部で茎葉先端を切り落とす茎葉切断装置5を設け、ベルト支持フレーム15の前後に軸支した前後プーリ16,17に巻き掛ける左右の挟みベルト18を引抜搬送装置4で挟持した茎葉が間隔を通過可能に張設して肩揃え装置40を構成し、左右の挟みベルト18の周回内側を受けるガイドプーリ20a,20bを軸支する調整ブラケット19を設け、調整ブラケット19に形成する取付穴24を、ベルト支持フレーム15に形成する複数取付穴23a,23b,23cの一つにボルト(25)で固定して、左右挟みベルト18の間隔を変更可能に構成する。【選択図】図4
