The present invention is to provide rotary bale tongs for a tractor which is composed of a pair of joining members (110) which is attached and detached on/from a connecting device (30) installed on a loader (20) of a tractor (10)； a body (120) which is installed to make the joining members (110) move in the left and right sides； a rotary body (140) which is installed on the front surface of the body (120) a driving member (130) which rotates the rotary body (140)； a guide rail (150) which is formed on one side of the rotary body (140) in the longitudinal direction； a pair of tons (160) which is installed to be moved along the guide rail (150)； and a hydraulic cylinder (170) which is installed on one side of the rotary body (140) and which moves tongs (160) in the left and right sides. The driving member (130) includes a hydraulic cylinder (131) installed on one side of the upper part of the body (120)； a driving gear (142) which is joined to the body of the hydraulic cylinder (131) in the longitudinal direction； and a rotary gear (133) which is installed on the front surface of the body (120) to be rotated while being engaged with the driving gear (132) and which is joined to the rear surface of the rotary body (140).
