PURPOSE: The safety apparatus of a tractor cultivator is provided to improve operational efficiency and to prevent the destruction of the apparatus by alleviating impacts generated in case of the overload of a cultivating blade. CONSTITUTION: The safety apparatus of a tractor includes a main frame(100), a cultivating blade, a hydraulic cylinder(300), and an alleviating cylinder(320). A connecting part is arranged at the front part of the main frame. The cultivating blade is rotatably installed at the main frame. The hydraulic cylinder is installed between the main frame and the cultivating blade and supports the upward rotation of the cultivating blade based on hydraulic pressures. The alleviating cylinder is integrated with the hydraulic cylinder. The alleviating cylinder shares the inner hydraulic pressures of the hydraulic cylinder and pressurizes the shared hydraulic pressures by an elastic body(322).본 발명은 쟁기 또는 배토기 등의 트랙터용 경작기에 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 경작 작업시 쟁기날 또는 배토기날에 암석으로 인한 과부하 발생시 충격을 완화시켜 파손 방지 및 작업 능률을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 트랙터용 경작기의 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 전방에 트랙터와 연결되어 견인되는 트랙터 연결부를 구비하는 메인 프레임； 상기 메인 프레임에 회동 가능하게 설치되는 경작날； 상기 메인 프레임과 경작날 사이에 설치되어 경작날의 상측방향 회전을 유압에 의해 지지하는 유압 실린더； 상기 유압 실린더와 일체로 형성되어, 유압 실린더의 내측의 유압을 공유함과 아울러 공유된 유압을 탄성체에 의해 가압하도록 형성된 완충 실린더；로 구성된다.
