A compound of Formula (I): ** Formula ** or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof where: Y1 is O; Q is benzo; the dashed line in the 6-membered nitrogen-containing ring that merges with the group Q denotes the presence of a bond, and when said dashed line is present in the form of a bond to provide a double bond bond then one of the two groups R4 is absent and R3 is absent; R4 is -U1-U2-U3-U4-U5-U6-U7-U; U is -P (>; = O) (OR9) ([O] xR9); U1, U3, U5 and U7 are independently selected from: (a) a single link; and (b) - (C1-C6) alkyl-, - (C2-C6) alkenyl- and - (5 or 6-membered heterocycle) -, each of which is not substituted or substituted by 1, 2 or 3 independently selected R7 groups; and (c) absent; U2, U4 and U6 are independently -N (R9) -, -C (>; = Y) -, a single link, or are absent; each Y is independently O; AB together form a bridge (C2-C6), which is not substituted or is substituted by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 substituents independently selected from -OH, - (C1-C4) alkyl, -halo and -C (halo) 3, and optionally containing the bridge -HC>; = CH- or -O- inside the bridge (C2-C6), where the 6-membered nitrogen-containing ring that merges with group Q it may be in the endo- or exocon configuration with respect to the AB bridge; Z is - [(C1-C10) alkyl optionally substituted by R1] h-, where h is 0 or 1; each R1 is independently selected from: (a) - (C6-C14) bicycloalkyl, - (C8-C20) tricycloalkyl, - (C7-C14) bicycloalkenyl, each of which is not substituted or substituted by 1, 2 , 3 or 4 independently selected R8 groups; and (b) ** Formula ** each R6 is independently -H, - (C1-C6) alkyl, or - (C3-C7) cycloalkyl, or two R6 groups attached to the same nitrogen atom can together form a ring of 5 to 8 members, where the number of atoms in the ring includes the nitrogen atom, and in which one of the carbon atoms of the 5 to 8 member ring is optionally substituted by O, S or N (R12); each R7 is independently - (C1-C4) alkyl, - (C2-C6) alkenyl, - (C2-C6) alkyn
