In order to guide to an insertion location of a fixture and perforation for inserting the fixture in an implant operation process, while improving convenience and accuracy in inserting the fixture and coupling a prosthetic appliance, the present device provides a guide stent for a dental implant which is made by a profile set by data acquiring a three-dimensional image of the inside of an oral cavity and is coupled to a stent fixed by surrounding periodontal tissues, thereby guiding to the insertion location of the fixture. The guide stent for a dental implant comprises: a stent body having a coupling hole formed at the insertion location of the fixture; a hollow-type bushing part which is inserted in and coupled to the coupling hole, and has, in the inner periphery thereof, a guide hole where an implant drill is rotatably supported; and a sleeve including a guide projection part protrusively installed on one side of the outer periphery of the hollow-type bushing part while being fixed on one side of the coupling hole.
