PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sheet preventing deterioration of an electric characteristic over time and maintaining good electrical properties which PPE originally obtains and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate sheet containing polyphenylene ether (A) and an organic solvent (B) satisfying the following (a) to (c): (a) the boiling point at 1 atmospheric pressure is 120°C or more. (b) octanol/water partition coefficient LogPis 0.04 to 4.00 or less. (c) its amount in the laminate layer is 0.01 mass% to 1 mass%.
