The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a high-density sintered cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy for a biomaterial. More specifically, the manufacturing method for a high-density sintered cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy for a biomaterial includes: a step (a) of preparing cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy powder; a step (b) of mixing a solid lubricant and boron which is a functional raw material to the prepared powder in the step (a); a step (c) of filling the mixed powder in the step (b) into a mold and pressing and forming the mold; and a step (d) of sintering a formed object formed in the step (c). The step (b) includes mixing the powder in order for the content of the boron becomes 0.14-0.30 wt% based on the 100 wt% of the mixed powder in the step (b). According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for a high-density sintered cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy for a biomaterial with improved corrosion resistance does not use nickel as an alloy material so that there is no allergic reaction. Also, the high-density sintered cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy for a biomaterial can be manufactured by a powder metallurgy method but not a casting method. So, the manufacturing method for a high-density sintered cobalt-chrome-molybdenum non-precious alloy for a biomaterial can remarkably reduce manufacturing costs and can form a sintered body of high density by limiting a sintering condition and a usage of the boron which is a functional additive.
