Disclosed are a sight measurement method using movement of user&prime；s eyes, which displays a sight measurement mark on a screen of a smartphone held by a user and naturally measures user&prime；s sight when the user&prime；s eyes follow the measurement mark without user&prime；s input, and a system thereof.
