PURPOSE: A producing method of ginseng with the improved content of galacturonic acid is provided to offer the increased acidic polysaccharide content by radiating far infrared rays to the ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ginseng with the improved content of galacturonic acid comprises the following steps: washing fresh ginseng, removing the moisture from the ginseng before removing lateral roots, and cutting the obtained main root； and radiating far infrared rays to the pre-processed ginseng for drying, to increase the acidic polysaccharide content.본 발명은 수삼을 세척하여 물기를 제거하고, 지근을 제거하며 주근을 절단한 후, 원적외선을 조사하여 건조시켜 산성다당체 함량이 증가된 인삼을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 인삼의 건조효율을 높이고 산성다당체 함량이 증가된 새로운 형태의 기능성 인삼차와 같은 식품을 제공할 수 있다.
