The image-capturing unit holds an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector so as to face each other. The X-ray tube irradiates a subject under diagnosis with X-rays, and the X-ray detector detects X-rays penetrating the subject under diagnosis. The bed is provided with a top plate on which the subject under diagnosis is placed. The moving mechanism moves the bed in the vertical direction and/or the longitudinal direction. The turning mechanism turns the bed and the image-capturing section around an axis lying parallel to the short-side direction of the top plate in a state in which the positional relationship between the bed and the image-capturing unit is held.
