PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide first tumor endothelial markers specific to tumor angiogenesis.SOLUTION: Tumor endothelial markers include 46 genes that were specifically elevated in tumor-associated endothelium, revealed by comparing transcripts from ECs derived from normal and malignant colorectal tissues with transcripts from non-endothelial cells, and comparing normal- and tumor-derived endothelium. Also provided are antibodies to the tumor endothelial markers, and use in anti-angiogenic therapies.【課題】腫瘍血管形成に特異的な、最初の腫瘍内皮マーカー(tumor endothelial marker)を提供する。【解決手段】正常結腸直腸組織および悪性結腸直腸組織に由来するECにからの転写物と、非内皮細胞からの転写物の比較、及び、正常な内皮と腫瘍由来内皮との比較によって、腫瘍関連内皮において特異的に増加していた46個の遺伝子を含む、腫瘍内皮マーカー。前記腫瘍内皮マーカに対する抗体。抗血管新生治療への使用。【選択図】なし
