A hydrogel wound dressing excellent in flexibility, having an absorbency of exudation on surface of the wound and preserving humidic condition suitable for promoting the wound-healing for long time, and when pealing off the hydrogel wound dressing, there is no fear to cause pain or to hurt the skin, which is prepared by extending hydrogel which comprises an aqueous synthetic or semi-synthetic polymer, glycerin and water on the surface of a laminated two layer-film consisting of polyurethane film and hydrophobic fiber, and its transparency is 500-2000(g/m2/24h).本發明係提供一種,伸縮性良好,具有傷口面滲出液之吸收性,可長時間維持適於促進傷口面癒合之濕潤環境,且更換被覆傷口材料時無疼痛,或再生皮膚受損之虞,使含有水溶性合成或半合高分子、甘油及水所成之水凝膠塗佈於由聚胺基甲酸乙酯薄膜與疏水性纖維所成之雙層的層合薄膜,其透濕度經由JIS Z0208杯式法測定為500~2000(g/m2/24h)之水凝膠被覆傷口材料。
