The medical gas supply system includes an electrolytic gas generator, a pure water supply device, a controlling unit, a first gas storage unit, a second gas storage unit and a gas exhaust unit. The controlling unit is electrically connected to the electrolytic gas generator to control a voltage of the electrolytic gas generator and the gas species exhausted by the electrolytic gas generator. The first and second gas storage units are in fluid communication with the electrolytic gas generator to respectively store a first gas and a second gas inputted from the electrolytic gas generator.
