A hot water cleaner having sterilizing and cleaning functions according to the present invention comprises: a hot water generator for generating hot water by heating water supplied from a water supply line and having one side of which is connected to the water supply line a steam generator for heating the hot water generated by the hot water generator to generate steam a branch valve installed on the other side of the hot water generator to branch the hot water generated by the hot water generator to a cleaning nozzle and the steam generator a steam jetting unit for jetting the steam generated through the steam generator to the outside to sterilize and clean the hot water cleaner and an air mixing part for mixing air into the steam generator so that water or steam remaining in the steam generator after the sterilization and cleaning by the steam jetting unit is removed by jetting to the outside through the steam jetting unit.본 발명의 살균 및 세척 기능을 가지는 온수세정기는, 일측이 급수라인과 연결되어 상기 급수라인으로부터 급수되는 물을 가열하여 온수를 생성하는 온수생성부 상기 온수생성부에서 생성된 온수를 가열하여 증기를 발생시키는 증기발생부 상기 온수생성부의 타측에 설치되어 상기 온수생성부에서 생성된 온수를 각각 세정노즐과 상기 증기발생부로 분기시키기 위한 분기밸브 상기 증기발생부를 통해 발생된 증기를 외부로 분출시켜 온수세정기를 살균 및 세척하기 위한 증기분출부 및 상기 증기분출부를 통한 살균 및 세척 작업후 상기 증기발생부의 내부에 잔존하는 물 또는 증기가 상기 증기분출부를 통해 외부로 분출되어 제거되도록 상기 증기발생부의 내부로 공기를 혼입시키는 공기혼입부를 포함하는 구성이다.
