PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic electrocardiogram analysis apparatus capable of accommodating to a change in a state such as body motion and posture of a subject by easily measuring an electrocardiographic signal, while avoiding noise and drift, discriminating presence/absence of abnormality and feature for each pulsation, and providing the subject himself/herself or a clinician with information.SOLUTION: The automatic electrocardiogram analysis apparatus performs stability analysis of respective pulsations of an electrocardiographic signal, discriminates and deletes recording failure parts, detects a primary spike point, performs early stage analysis, performs division point recognition and spike wave analysis, analyzes an interval of respective waves and width thereof, forms a standard waveform and analyses a type of QRS composite waveform. In the primary spike point detection, the primary spike point is determined within a section that exceeds a threshold created in a specific regulation, in a movement standard deviation graph calculated within a range of a calculation window width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】心電信号を簡易に計測して、ノイズやドリフトを避け、被験者の体動や姿勢など状態の変化に対応できて、拍動ごとに異常の有無や特徴を判別し、被験者自身または臨床医に情報を与えることができる心電図自動解析装置を提供することが課題である。【解決手段】心電信号の各拍動について、安定性解析、記録不良部の判定と削除、主棘点検出、早期性の解析ならびに区分点認識・棘波の解析、各波間の間隔・幅の解析、標準波形作成、QRS合成波形の型解析を行う。主棘点検出は、計算ウィンドウ幅の範囲で求めた移動標準偏差グラフにおいて、特定の規則で作成した閾値を超える区間内で、主棘点を決定する。【選択図】図12
