PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsation fluctuation measuring apparatus capable of displaying the fluctuation of pulsation in real time, easing the tension of autonomic nerves of a person to be measured and guiding the person to be measured to the state where sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves are well-balanced.SOLUTION: The pulsation fluctuation measuring apparatus comprises a display part 310 for displaying the rhythm of respiration to the person to be measured, an extraction part for detecting the biological signals of the person to be measured and extracting a pulsation interval, a display part 301 for displaying an analyzed result obtained by time domain analysis for obtaining the fluctuation of the pulsation on the basis of the pulsation interval extracted by the extraction part, and a recording part for recording the analyzed result.
