The present invention relates to an asexual propagation method of yellow poplar using a green wood split grafting for a nursery tree production by split-grafting a scion that is 1-2 years old with green wood of a yellow poplar mature tree as a graft. To achieve this, the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a horizontal side by cutting yellow poplar that is 1-2 years old； forming a vertical side by vertically cutting a central part of the horizontal side by 0.5-2 cm； and grafting the green wood on the vertical side.본 발명은 백합나무 성숙목의 녹지(greeen wood)를 접수(graft)로 사용하여 1~2년생 대목(scion)에 할접(split grafting)시켜 묘목을 생산하는 녹지 할접을 이용한 백합나무의 무성번식 방법에 관한 것이다.
