PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for length measurement and formation, the equipment that eliminates troubles such as entanglement in the length measurement and formation/modification of fishing lines, enables the length measurement with high accuracy, and can simultaneously perform the length measurement and formation/modification of the fishing lines.SOLUTION: Equipment for length measurement and formation is provided as follows: two idlers joined to the rotary shaft of a counter are put in the left and right of a length measurement vehicle 10 fishing lines 1 are threaded in the sequence of the left idler, the length measurement vehicle 10 and the right idler the crossover of the fishing lines 1 on the circumferential surface of the length measurement vehicle is avoided also, a spool 2 of a wound side and a spool 22 of a winding side are made to generate moderate tension force when winding the fishing lines 1 by providing a spool presser mechanism using the repulsive force of a coil spring 6 and the suction power of magnets 7a, 7b moderate frictional force is induced in the contacting face between the fishing lines 1 and the length measurement vehicle 10 the length measurement vehicle 10 connected to the rotary shaft of the measuring length counter can be rotated and the part of a predetermined length where the moderate tension force is always given to the fishing lines 1 is created by using the suction force and the repulsive force of the magnets 7a, 7b, and also the formation/modification is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】釣糸等の測長や作製・改修等において、絡みつき等のトラブルがなく、精度よい測長が可能で、釣糸等の測長と作製・改修を同時に行える測長作製等器具を提供する。【解決手段】カウンターの回転軸に繋合された測長車10の左右に二つのアイドラーをおき、左アイドラー⇒測長車10⇒右アイドラーの順に釣糸等1を架糸させ測長車円周面上での釣糸等1の交叉を回避すると共に、被巻取側の糸巻2及び巻取側の糸巻22をコイルスプリング6の反発力やマグネット7a、7bの吸引力を利用した糸巻押さえ機構を設けて釣糸等1の巻取り時に適度の張力を発生させて釣糸等1と測長車10の接触面に適度の摩擦力を誘引させて、測長用カウンターの回転軸に繋結された測長車10を回転可能とし、かつ、マグネット7a、7bの吸着力と反発力を利用して釣糸等1に常に適度の張力が付与された所定長さの部位を創出して、作製・改修も可能な測長作製等器具を提供する。【選
