The present invention provides an ozone and lavender essential oil ointment which does not cause rejection reaction to ozone scent. The ointment is manufactured by the following steps: (s100) generating ozone using oxygen after generating ozone (s200) discharging bubbles after making the ozone generated in s100 step into bubbles (s300) making the ozone react with olive oil in a cooling apparatus (s400) processing the discharged ozone after s300 step and (s500) mixing and agitating, at room temperature, 3-6 wt% of the lavender essential oil with 100 wt% of the olive oil including the ozone generated after reaction between the ozone and the olive oil in s300 step.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015산소를 생성시킨 후 이를 이용하여, 오존을 생성하는 단계(s100) s100단계에서 생성된 오존을 냉각장치 (100)내에서 버블화하여 버블 토출을 수행하는 단계(s200) 냉각장치 내에서 오존과 올리브오일을 반응시키는 단계(s300) s300 단계후 배오존을 처리장치(s400) 상기 s300단계에서 오존과 올리브오일을 반응시킨 후 형성된 오존이 함유된 올리브 오일 중량 100에 대하여 라벤더 에센셜 오일을 중량 3 내지 6 퍼센트를 첨가하여, 상온에서 교반하여 믹싱하는 단계(s500) 을 포함하여, 오존의 향에 거부반응을 일으키지 않는 오존 및 라벤더 에센셜 오일 연고를 제시한다.
