PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivating method, a plant cultivating system, and a rack provided in the plant cultivating system for improving a planted area of a plant cultivated indoors. SOLUTION: A step of setting a cultivation tank 2 for cultivating a plant P on a rack 1, a step of arranging a plurality of racks in the growing order of the plants side by side on a running line, and intermittently placing the racks according to a growing state of the plants.
