PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion and nano mist generator which generates quiet sound in use and has a large amount of blast volume.SOLUTION: The negative ion and nano mist generator includes: a treatment chamber 15 through which outside air having flowed in from an air supply opening 33 a water reservation part 6 which is provided at the lower part of the treatment chamber 15 and can reserve a predetermined amount of water a bowl-shaped rotating body 21 which increases the diameter upward and has a lower part thereof submerged in the water reservation part 6 a cylindrical porous body 26 which is positioned at the outer periphery of the rotating body 21, rotates together with the rotating body 21, and allows water and air scattered by centrifugal force by the rotation to pass therethrough and a separation chamber 16 which separates nano mist and water droplet generated by crushing of water by the porous body 26. At the upper part of the separation chamber 16, a laterally long discharge opening 5 is formed.
