To provide a medical image photography system for setting photography conditions more easily than conventional one.
SOLUTION: The medical image photography system is provided with a gantry 100 which has an X-ray tube 103 and an X-ray detection part 105 as a photography part for photographing an examinee and a table which has a support table 201 and a cradle 202 which is horizontally movably provided ON the support table 201 and carries the examinee to the gantry 100. The system is provided with: a remote controller 400 which an operator holds by hand and moves and with which the operator instructs a photography condition and a setting means 1093 for setting the photography condition ON the basis of a location or displacement of the remote controller 400 which instructs the photography condition.
