The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the regulatory t cells cd4 + cd25 + specific for at least one antigen minor histocompatibility or of at least one protein of the surface, as well as of the hematopoietic stem cells, embryonic carrying at least said antigen or the said surface. Such a composition can be used as a medicament in order to increase the safety of a host histocompatible immune.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant des cellules T régulatrices CD4+ CD25+ spécifiques dau moins un antigène mineur dhistocompatibilité ou dau moins une protéine de surface, ainsi que des cellules souches hématopoïétiques non embryonnaires porteuses dau moins ledit antigène ou ladite protéine de surface.
