PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional jelly composition and a method for producing the same, particularly, to provide a new method for producing a jelly composition which comprises adding a pharmaceutical component at a low temperature.SOLUTION: The objective quickly disintegrable jelly composition having pH sensitivity is prepared by selecting one or more from sodium alginate, carrageenan and pectin as a gelling agent, mixing the gelling agent with fine powder solid matter and water, heating the mixture to give a homogeneous solution, cooling the solution, adding a pharmaceutical component to the solution and mixing the solution with an alkaline earth metal salt with stirring.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明では、機能性ゼリー組成物と、その製造方法を提供することを目的とする。更に詳しくは、低温で薬効成分を添加してゼリー組成物を製造できる新たなゼリー組成物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ゲル化剤としてアルギン酸ナトリウム、カラギーナン、ペクチンの中から一つ又は複数を選択し、微粉末状固形物と、水とを混合し、加温して均一溶液とした後、これを冷却して低温で薬効成分を加え、更に、アルカリ土類金属塩を加えて攪拌することにより、目的とするpH感受性の速崩壊性ゼリー組成物を作製できた。【選択図】なし
