PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-leveling rotor formation that has an easy assembly and reduces materials.SOLUTION: The ground-leveling rotor formation 100 includes a boss part 101 in which an attaching hole 105 of even number polygon is formed, a rim part 102, ground-leveling action parts 103 arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on one surface 102a of the rim part 102, and support parts 104 that are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the other surface 102a of the rim part 102 and arranged between the ground-leveling action parts 103. The cross-section of the attaching hole 105 has an N-gonal shape.
