PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground levelling rotor component having excellent leveling and draining performance and, nevertheless, enabling construction of a leveling rotor to easily prevent jamming of grass and straw dust in a puddling part.SOLUTION: The ground leveling rotor component is provided with a rim part 102 connected to a rotary shaft 51 in an integrally rotatable manner. A plurality of puddling parts 103 extending from the rim part 102 in axial direction of the rotary shaft 51 are arranged in the circumference of the rim part 102.
