PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sirtuin derivative using hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide.SOLUTION: A sirtuin derivative contains, as an active ingredient, a combination of at least one kind of hyaluronic acid oligosaccharide selected from a size of 2 sugars or more to 5 sugars or less and a polyphenol. This sirtuin derivative is used for aging suppression, keratinocyte barrier functional promotion, or used for treatment and/or prevention of heart disease, arteriosclerosis, osteoporosis, inflammatory enteritis, dementia, cerebral apoplexy, metabolic syndrome, cancer, lung disease, renal disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, progeria, radiation injury, myopathy, brain developmental disease, diseases of the nervous system, hypertension, or obesity.【課題】ヒアルロン酸オリゴ糖を利用した、サーチュイン誘導剤を提供する。【解決手段】2糖以上5糖以下のサイズから選択されるヒアルロン酸オリゴ糖の少なくとも1種とポリフェノールとの組合せを、サーチュイン誘導剤の有効成分とする。このサーチュイン誘導剤は老化抑制、角化細胞バリア機能促進のために用いられ、あるいは心臓疾患、動脈硬化、骨粗鬆症、炎症性腸炎、認知症、脳卒中、メタボリックシンドローム、癌、肺疾患、腎疾患、糖尿病、変形性関節症、リウマチ、プロジェリア、放射線障害、筋疾患、脳発達障害、神経疾患、高血圧、又は肥満の治療及び/又は予防のために用いられる。【選択図】なし
