The posture training system includes a sensor configured to sense information regarding user posture, a server configured to analyze the posture information obtained by the sensor and generate correction information for correcting the user posture, and a haptic unit configured to be wearable by a user and transmitting the correction information in a haptic manner to allow the user to correct his posture.
