PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus allowing easy acquisition of a puncture target and a puncture start position or a puncture path in time of treatment.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is used for interventional MRI accompanied by operation of a device inserted into a subject and has imaging means, planning means, and output means. The imaging means performs MR imaging of the subject placed on a bed to obtain an image of the subject. The planning means draws up a plan related to the operation of the device by use of the image of the subject while holding a state of the subject placed on the bed for the MR imaging. The output means visibly outputs the plan drawn up by the planning means to an operator of the interventional MRI when executing the international MRI to the subject placed on the bed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】治療時に、穿刺ターゲットと穿刺開始位置や穿刺経路を容易に把握できる磁気共鳴イメージング装置を提供する。【解決手段】磁気共鳴イメージング装置は、被検体内に挿入するデバイスの操作を伴うインターベンショナルMRIに用いられるものであり、イメージング手段、計画手段、出力手段を有する。イメージング手段は、寝台に載置された被検体のMRイメージングを行い、当該被検体の画像を得る。計画手段は、MRイメージングのために寝台に載置された被検体の状態を保持したまま、デバイスの操作に関する計画を、被検体の画像を用いて立てる。出力手段は、寝台に載置された被検体に対するインターベンショナルMRIの実行に際し、計画手段により立てられた計画をインターベンショナルMRIの術者に対して視認可能に出力する。【選択図】図9
