The present invention relates to a high efficiency hybrid agricultural and marine product dryer capable of rapidly drying various kinds of agricultural and marine products easy to be decomposed at low expenses in order to raise preservation properties and make distribution smooth. According to the present invention, the drier comprises: a chamber including an intake port and an exhaust port a partition dividing the inside of the chamber into a drying chamber and an equipment chamber, wherein the intake port is connected to the equipment chamber and the exhaust port is connected to the drying chamber an intake fan installed in the equipment chamber in order to forcibly suck external air through the intake port a heating unit installed downwards the intake fan to heat flowing air a first inlet opened to supply the air heat in the bottom of the partition to the drying chamber a second inlet making the equipment chamber and the drying chamber connected in the top of the partition to receive a part of exhausted air, so as to mix the same with the external air supplied through the intake port a fixed microwave generator installed downwards the drying chamber to emit microwave and a control unit.본 발명은 보존성을 높이며 유통이 보다 원활하도록 부패하기 쉬운 각종 농수산물을 저비용으로 급속 건조할 수 있는 하이브리드 고효율 농수산물 건조기에 관한 기술로서, 흡기구와 배기구를 갖는 챔버 상기 챔버 내부를 건조실과 장치실로 구분하되, 상기 흡기구는 상기 장치실과 연결되고 상기 배기구는 상기 건조실과 연결되게 배치되는 격벽 상기 흡기구를 통해 외기를 강제흡입하도록 상기 장치실에 마련되는 흡기팬 상기 흡기팬의 하부에 마련되어 유동되는 공기를 가열되게 하는 가열부 상기 격벽의 하단에 가열된 공기가 상기 건조실로 유입되게 개구된 제1유입구 상기 격벽의 상단에 상기 장치실과 건조실이 연결되도록 함으로써 배기되는 공기의 일부가 상기 장치실로 유입되어 상기 흡기구를 통해 들어오는 외기와 혼합되게 하는 제2유입구 상기 건조실의 하부측에 마련되어 상방으로 마이크로웨이브를 방출되게 하는 고정식 마이크로웨이브발생기 및 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
