PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively evaluate locomotive movements such as walking of persons.SOLUTION: The locomotive movement analysis device includes: specification means that specifies for each one-step forward movement constituting locomotive movements, a time required for one step taken for the one-step forward movement on the basis of acceleration data of a person during the locomotive movements that are acquired from an acceleration sensor attached to the person and generation means that generates a graph representing a time-series change in the time required for one step, on the basis of a plurality of times for required one steps specified by the specification means.
