A novel method for human minor histocompatibility antigen (MiHA) discovery, a novel MiHA identified using this method, and the use of the novel MiHA are described. One feature of the new method is the incorporation of individualized translated transcriptomes and / or exomes into a database used for peptide identification by mass spectrometry (MS). Candidate MiHAs are identified by comparing an individualized transcriptome and / or exome to a reference genome and / or subject and / or transcriptome and / or exome that is compatible with HLA.ヒトマイナー組織適合抗原（ＭｉＨＡ）発見のための新規方法、本方法を用いて同定される新規ＭｉＨＡ、および新規ＭｉＨＡの使用について記載する。新規方法の特徴の１つは、個別化した翻訳されたトランスクリプトームおよび／またはエクソームの、質量分光測定法（ＭＳ）によるペプチド同定に使用されるデータベースへの組み込みである。候補ＭｉＨＡは、個別化したトランスクリプトームおよび／またはエクソームを、参照ゲノムならびに／またはＨＬＡが適合する対象のおよび／もしくはトランスクリプトームおよび／またはエクソームと比較することによって同定される。
