It relates to the development beuyipi 6 detected rotavirus derived from a low molecular weight antibody method and a diagnostic kit, - the present invention are monoclonal antibodies and relates to its application, and more particularly, wherein for rotavirus VP6 and VP 7-beuyipi 7 and wherein the antibodies of the invention may be used with an antibody capable of sensitively detecting the rotavirus in the future, it will further be used in therapeutic development of rotavirus.본 발명은 로타바이러스 VP6 및 VP 7에 대한 단클론 항체 및 그 응용에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 항-브이피7과 항-브이피6 저분자 항체로부터 유래한 로타바이러스 검출 방법 및 진단 키트 개발에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 항체는 향후에 로타바이러스를 민감하게 검출할 수 있는 항체로 사용될 수 있으며, 더 나아가서는 로타바이러스의 치료제개발에 사용 가능할 것이다.
