PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder supporter which can be worn by a user for himself or herself by integrating an arm portion and a body portion, and which enables lift, external rotation, and outward rotation of the upper arm.SOLUTION: The shoulder supporter 1 is composed of: the arm portion 2, consisting of a frustum-shaped tube 21 connecting an arm-side opening 211 to allow the upper arm 41 to pass through with a shoulder-side opening 212 near an upper surface 213 covering the shoulder from above, sticking to the upper arm by use of an arm fastening strap 22 which is put around along the arm-side opening 211 and fixed, and the body portion 3, sticking to the chest and the back by a body fastening strap 33 which is put around from the end of one of a front section 31 and a back section 32 to the end of the other and fixed, which extend from the upper surface 213 near the shoulder-side opening 212 of the arm portion 2.
