PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant system that hardly causes a failure during the fastening of an abutment to an anchoring part and in a subsequent implanted state.SOLUTION: A dental implant system includes an anchoring part 1 of a ceramic for anchoring in bone tissue, and an abutment 2 of a ceramic material. The anchoring part has a recess that is open toward a coronal end. The abutment has an opening that is continuous in an axial direction and into which an abutment screw 3 can be inserted. The abutment screw is configured, for fastening the abutment to the anchoring part, to engage with an internal thread 17 that is formed on the anchoring part in the recess or is present on an insert element that is inserted into the recess. The abutment screw has a screw head 31. A shoulder, which is formed coronally and which together with the screw head forms a stop on inserting the screw into the opening, is present in the opening. The screw head and the shoulder interact such that the screw rotating in up to the stop results in a wedging connection between the shoulder and the screw head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】支台部のアンカー部への固定の間および次の移植状態における不良が発生しにくい歯科インプラントシステムを提供する。
