"Planter with floating system for planting and fertilizing seedlings by vertical shooting" comprising an eccentric-control seedling planter that plants by means of a vertical shot, thereby enabling the rapid, efficient and safe planting of seedlings combined with fertilizers and other nutrients, also by means of a vertical shot. The planter includes a structure with various storage dividers, in which are distributed control units connected to the wheels of the planter and that actuate the hydraulic-control clutch units, which use a cam to control all of the pistons, which actuate the mechanism as a whole, said mechanism having a vertical planting clamp connected to a rotary feed unit. Said planter has a programmable control system which obviates the cam control system, with the further addition of various hydraulic actuating pistons enabling faster planting and fertilizing.L'invention, intitulée "Planteuse à système flottant pour la plantation et la fertilisation de semis au moyen de tirs verticaux", consiste en une planteuse de semis à commande excentrique, la plantation étant effectuée au moyen d'un tir vertical, ce qui permet une plantation rapide, efficace et sûre de semis, conjointement avec des engrais et d'autres nutriments. Cela s'effectue aussi par tir vertical. La planteuse comprend une structure avec plusieurs séparations de conditionnement, où sont distribuées des unités de commande reliées aux roues de la planteuse et actionnant les unités d'embrayage à commande hydraulique, lequel, par l'intermédiaire d'une came, commande la totalité des pistons qui actionnent l'ensemble du mécanisme. Ce mécanisme est pourvu d'une pince de plantation verticale reliée à une unité d'alimentation rotative.
