The present invention relates to an environment-friendly cream for preventing and alleviating atopic dermatitis and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, an environment-friendly cream that has improved moisturizing ability and moisture persistency and few side effects through the use of naturally derived components, such as medicinal herb complex extracts, herb hydrosol, and wax, excluding artificial chemical components, such as paraben, ethanol, mineral oil, steroid, synthetic flavors, and chemical dyes, and thus can effectively prevent and alleviate atopic dermatitis. The herb hydrosol is generated when herbal floral water, such as French lavender floral water, rosemary floral water, or chamomile floral water, which are added at the time of cream preparation, is heated and distilled. The herb hydrosol is used instead of an artificial base used for the preparation of cosmetics, and contains aroma components, such as polyphenol and 1.8-nineol, thereby enhancing skin immunity and soothing the skin. The wax, which is a coating film for the cream, prevents loss of the improved moisturizing ability of the cream, thereby relieving itchy skin and preventing the cream from being put on another region, thereby preventing the smearing of pillows or bedding during sleep.본 발명은 친환경 아토피 피부염 예방 및 개선용 크림 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 파라벤, 에탄올, 광물성유, 스테로이드, 합성향료, 화학색소와 같은 인공화학성분을 배제하고, 한방복합추출물, 허브 하이드로졸, 밀납과 같은 천연 유래 성분을 사용하여, 친환경적이고 보습력과 지속력, 부작용을 개선함으로써 아토피 피부염의 예방 및 개선의 높은 효과를 얻을 수 있는 친환경 아토피 피부염 예방 및 개선용 크림 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 허브 하이드로졸은 크림 제조시 첨가되는 프렌치라벤더플로랄워터, 로즈마리플로랄워터, 캐모마일플로랄워터와 같은 허브플로랄워터가 가열시 증류되며 생성되는데, 이는 화장품 제조시 사용되는 인공적인 기본 베이스 대신 사용되어 폴리페놀 성분과 1.8-니네올 성분의 아로마 성분이 함유되어 피부의 면역력 향상과 피부 진정효과가 있다. 상기 밀납은 크림 형태에 막을 입히는 것으로 크림의 향상된 보습력이 소실되지 않아 지속력을 높여 피부 가려움증 완화의 효과는 물론이고, 크림이 다른 곳에 묻어나는 것을 방지해줌으로써 수면시 베개나 이불에 묻어나가는 것을 예방할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
