PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump capable of delivering a fluid with a high degree of accuracy, and lowering its running cost.SOLUTION: The micropump 10 includes a tube unit 100 having an attachable/detachable tube, and a control unit 200 having a control circuit section 210 that drives and controls a motor 70 for driving a press mechanism section 90 pressing the tube 50 via a transmission mechanism section 80. When the tube unit 100 is attached to the control unit 200, a reader/writer device composed of an IC tag 130 and a reader 220 detects the attachment of the tube unit 100 and the control unit 200, and writes tube individual data into the control unit 200.
